The 45 chalets which make up the resort are located amidst graceful coconut groves. With 22 chalets being stand-alone units while the rest being semi-detached ones.

All are made of wood and other eco-friendly construction material. Every chalet, whether standalone or semi-detached, has ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, hot shower, two single beds, terrace, mosquito-screened windows, sofa, and shelves.

Besides these, there are common areas for dining, watching TV, relaxing, and storing diving gear.

The whole complex overlooks the ocean as well as the beautiful nearby island of Sipadan.

Dive Centre

Sipadan Mabul Resort has been acknowledged by PADI and NAUI.

Diving training is given to divers of all levels. Complete novices and wreck divers and shark divers are all trained here to hone their skills.

At the resort, divers are allowed to explore every form of recreational diving.

TDI, or Technical Diving International, considered to be the topmost diving certification agency globally, conducts its certification courses here.

A video center named Treasure Images, which specializes in videotaping underwater fauna and flora, functions at the resort.

They provide training for divers and offers photography equipment for hire.

The Technical Dive Center at the resort offers many diving courses including Enriched Air Diver course.

To cap all these is the legendary attentiveness of the resort staff, who have taken the definition of the word hospitality to a whole new level.
